Be part of something bigger

Chafyn Grove School is a non-selective school and on enquiry prospective parents will be invited to meet with the Headmaster and be given a tour of the school by him prior to registration. Contact the office to arrange a visit. These visits are available on whatever day suits you and will normally take around an hour. Alternatively, you can attend one of our termly Open Days and be shown round the school by our children.

How to apply

If you wish to confirm a place for your child, it is necessary to register. A form can be found at the back of the prospectus pack or here, alternatively you are welcome to call the office for a copy. Complete the form and return it to the school along with the Registration Fee of £100. Once we have received the completed from and fee, we shall confirm the place.

To accept the place, complete the Acceptance Form and return it along with an Acceptance Deposit of £500. The deposit will be repaid by means of a credit without interest to the final payment of fees or other sums due to the school on leaving. Until credited, the deposit forms part of the general funds of the school. Our registrar, Mrs Ward (contactable via the office), is happy to answer questions you may have about any aspect of this process.

We recommend and offer a taster day in school before your child starts.
