Children from the Early Years Department at Chafyn have been to Fovant to visit a real working farm. The orphaned lambs seemed very happy to be fed and cuddled. The cows and pigs seemed as curious about the children as they were about them; they saw a calf that was just a day old and were amazed that he could already stand up and walk around! | ||

Children in Years 3 and 4 at Chafyn recently took part
in a wonderfully nostalgic musical telling the story of a group of
young evacuees in World War II. | ||

Playing in the West of England Prep School Championships
held at Millfield School in Somerset, Chafyn Grove 1st team had a
successful day qualifying for the National Finals. | ||

Children in Year One at Chafyn Grove have been studying
'light and dark' in their Science lessons this term. Last week they
arrived at school armed with torches, reflective clothing and anything
else that would glow or shine in the dark. | ||
