Extreme Weather Conditions

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU ARRIVE LATE OR LEAVE EARLY THAT YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN HAS SIGNED IN OR OUT VIA THE FRONT OFFICE

IT IS VITAL TO HAVE ACCURATE LISTS IN CASE OF FIRE.
PLEASE ALSO ENSURE THAT YOU INFORM US IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR CONTACT DETAILS CHANGE (EMAIL OR MOBILE PHONE) OR YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE UPDATES

During extreme bad weather, or indeed at any other time, we do not encourage either our employees or our clientele to take risks in coming in to school which could endanger life or limb.

Morning Travel
In extreme weather conditions a message will be sent out via text and email to all parents.  Announcements will be made in the morning of any day when extreme weather conditions make our roads hazardous, and any decision to delay opening the school will be taken by Mr Head.

The sequence of decisions to be made is as follows:
06:30 Mr Head and Mr White make a decision on whether to offer a delayed start to Day pupils.
07:00 Decision distributed to whole school community via text and email.

Bus Travel Arrangements
Godolphin will announce any changes to their bus service on the school website between 06:00-06:30.
Salisbury Cathedral School will announce any changes to their bus service by contacting the parents who use the service.

End of the Day
The safety of the children will always be our first concern.

Should weather conditions deteriorate during the day, a message will be sent out via text and email to all parents notifying parents that an early collection is advised.  The children will, of course, be looked after if you are unable to collect them at this time.
